Been going to this garage for a while since I brought both of my Kia Ceed's. They have done all the services/mot's and warranty work but it has not been without issues. The final issue for me is the fact that they damaged my car (see picture) and have refused to put it right. I am now taking my business elsewhere as even their head office do not want to deal with this. To the garage, not only have you lost my two cars but you have lost the sale of three other cars and their service/warranty work. I hope that damaging my wheel was worth that too you.

I bought my car from this dealership 18 months ago. It was my first car and the staff in sales were so helpful...they made the whole process a pleasure. In July I brought my car to be serviced. I was looked after by Jonathan who was brilliant. He listened very carefully to my questions and gave me a detailed explanation regarding what was looked at and done to the car during the service.
