Going out in the time of Covid is fascinating, and to be fair, the staff tried their hardest... but things are gonna be off for a while yet I think. Cracking food and drink and lovely staff, but the logistics need a smidge of work yet. I'm no fan of chicken, but the pea protein wrap was utterly brilliant!

It was our first time at Ely's Nando's. It was just my husband and me this time and we will definitely be returning with our children. I hadn't appreciated that they do a good children's menu. There are some really healthy options, including broccoli and watermelon which are pretty unusual for menus aimed at children. Our experience today was great. The portions were generous and everything tasted good. The decor is fun and it's a light and airy space with huge windows and interesting artwork around. Look forward to going back!
Ordered from Ely Nandos click and collect in lockdown for birthday treat. Very impressed! Easy to order, food ready quickly and on time, well packaged in fully compostable boxes and food still tasted great at home! I'll be ordering takeaway from there again.
Nice food but a shame they are Discriminating against disabled people will never eat a nandos again
With Covid-19 restrictions, everything is done with QR codes. You use them to que for a table (and track and trace) and to order your meal. It's fairly efficient and easy to use if you have your phone with you.
