Arrrgggh! 3rd call today to health firm Energise for Life or an order placed last week that accidentally had my home postcode on the delivery address (my work address). Parcel not arrived and will likely eventually be returned. Company telling me that that it's my problem (huh! stupid customer that I am!) for entering the wrong postcode! Apparently they will wait for a month until they receive the return and then send me a replacement if I send them more money for the postage (bless 'em) or I can buy it again and they will refund when they eventually get the product back! Unbelievably bad customer service for 2013, feels more like an experience you would have had in the 1970s! Dreadful rip-off company, avoid at all costs!
Ordered 60 worth or stuff . Never revived it. No one answers phone or replies to emails !!
I also ordered 60 worth on 11 November and have emailed them this week with no response. Argh.......!
