Fresco Gelato

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered 184.46 worth of products on 13th October 2019. Its mid April 2020 and have not received the items. Unfortunately this company do respond to emails or answer the phone. I've since contacted Trading Standards Agency and reported. This company does not honour your purchase and a refund is out of the question as you are unable to get in touch with anyone.

THIEVES!!!Do not trust them, i ordered a year ago,just forgot to write a review. I never received anything from them,not e-mails,they not answering on the phone,they are just THIEVES!!! And i was really surprised that google still showing they website(what they recently updated)on firsts page.what a shame!!! Everything coming back,especially bad things what are you doing-karmawill get you

I have ordered a couple of months ago some products, and they never dispatched them, and also they are replying to the emails that I have wrote them. So it’s just a scam website. I am so disappointed that I have lost my money. But I hope that anyone else who was thinking to order from them to read the reviews, and to think twice, not to spend their money on this website that is looking only to steel your money. This was once a great company: fantastic range of products, prompt delivery and very competitive prices. The new owner appears to be using that reputation to defraud the public. Like so many others, I have not received the goods I paid for. No response to messages left on the website, no-one answers the phone - nothing. WHY is Google still headlining all the positive reviews from over a year ago? WHY is this company still being allowed to trade?

I bought 5 items almost two years ago, they only sent 2 items, and not the rest until today. What a shame?!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WON'T REPLY YOUR MSG AND NEVER PICK UP YOUR CALL. HOPE THEY WILL GET THE KARMA SOON. Why google not close their website? FRAUD COMPANY
