Bought a great car from a straight up Salesman! John listened to our requirements and met them, whilst maintaining a reasonable price. Brayley installed an old type faulty 12 V Battery on my car. When i was facing issue with it and the car broke, i called my breakdown said it was a faulty battery installed in the first place. I approached Brayley Enfield to replace it. They denied having any enough warranty where as sales team and the service team provided me with two different information and policy. Initially said if the battery is installed by Brayley, the warranty is higher otherwise one year. Later, they asked for money just to check the issue where as battery goes flat every other day. They have not taken any initiative to contact me even. I had to call several days just to get to this. Very disappointing. Absolutely commercial and does not care about customer. Update on 9 Feb 2021 based on Reply: I can see someone replied here. Thank you. This reply is quicker than your phone service. It is such a shame that this person is lying about booking any appointment for checking. I have not been contacted by Enfield Brayley. I waited 3 weeks thinking this might just happen. Last time i have contacted couple of weeks back they wanted 80 just to check the condition of the Battery knowing the Battery was purchased and fitted by Brayley, Enfield and they charged me 119 and on top i had a service plan for a year while this work was done. This means including all the cost they charged me more than 150 for an old type 12v faulty Battery.

The Customer Service provided by the Sales Person named Dan was excellent by putting the customer first since the start of the sale. I will definitely recommend Brayley Kia Enfield although I wasn’t able to purchase the Kia Rio. Long Story short, went to the dealership to buy a Kia Rio and they didn’t have the Satin Silver I wanted but Dan told me to leave a deposit and said he’ll try his best to get me one after talking to other dealerships. After a couple days he came back to me with the Satin Silver Kia Rio but unfortunately my Finance was declined. Straight away over the phone without any hesitation he processed the refund. Overall good experience and will recommend.
