Another parcel ruined by Hermes. Books arrived soaking wet. Made a complaint, 4 weeks later received standard letter with a link to \Damage claim form\ the link just took me to Hermes home page with no apparent path to a claim form. It's well worth using Royal Mail, just a little bit more expensive but worth it. They are professional & the parcels arrive usually on time & in tact, after all Royal Mail have had over 500 years experience!

The worst possible shipping company in the UK. Do not use this company, I highly advise NOT to use this company for any shipping you might think of. They are not reliable, there is no customer service whatsoever, they lose parcels and then find excuses not to refund use. IS A SCAM company which is taking money from people and not provide the service you are paying for.
I was expecting two deliveries from them and both of them were not delivered at all. I was fortunate enough to get a refund from one seller but am passing a hard time with the refund from the other seller. There is no way to contact with Hermes to solved my queries rather than an automated tracking service which always states that my package is on the way. They must face their customers to solve their queries. Such an unfair service.
It’s unbelievable how this company still operating. Nearly 2 weeks waiting for my parcel to arrive and no updates or whatsoever. People warned me about drivers stealing parcels and that’s exactly what’s looking like on my situation. I’ve messaged Size? as my parcel was ordered from them but they are as useless as Hermes. Before buying have a quick look who’s delivering your parcel and if you see these guys AVOID!!!!
Literally appalling. Like the very worst delivery service I've ever had the displeasure of using. Lost two parcels over summer, delivered others about 2 months late. You genuinely can't write it. Then ordered a parcel for collection. I live on the top floor, takes me about a minute to get down the stairs. Courier rings, I say coming down now. I get down and I kid you not, the van is driving down the street. Bloke must have literally run from the doorway so as to make sure he could provide Hermes 1 star service. Then - and this is the best bit - the re-attempted collection on Monday took place at the parcel's delivery address. I mean great that they knew where to go to deliver it, would have been even better if they could have been bothered collecting it first. Oh and that was the third collection attempt, so my options now are to re-book (aka pay them again for a non-existent service), or to just go with a delivery service that actually deliver. No-brainer. To be fair really easy to chat with them and sort it out - 45 mins on hold, rang out twice and still haven't had the pleasure of speaking to a customer service agent. Presumably if you don't bother providing any customer service then there's no need for agents. Joke. of. a. company.
