I've used this centre many times and have noticed a consistent lack of professionalism . Most staff are rude for no reason. I think the only reason they were talking to me without raising their voice is because my English is good. Otherwise, I always see them raising their voice/being rude to migrant Uber drivers yet very nice to the London Taxi drivers. Seen it too often to not write about it. Reflects extremely poorly on TFL. Use a different centre.

African Lady At the dest is incredibly rude. Look what kind of people are working in this country. These people have no manners at every level that’s true. Other guys were friendly and they were enjoying working.

Well organised, short waiting time. If you live in north London it’s a good place to get your TFL license for your car. Need to go online and choose a date and location for your inspection. Once you have done that you’ll get a check list with the documents that you have to bring on the day of inspection, make sure you have every single document with you, you’ll lose your slot if you don’t have all of the documentation.

Considering the amount people pay to get their car Inspection here you would expect basic hygiene to be put in place. The seats on the sofa literally look like they found thrown away sofa's. The carpets need a major clean. The staff seem to be nice and friendly... Better than that old git in Canning Town. Overall this place needs a deep clean.... And free tea would be nice.

Been here the other day and everything went smoothly. There were few people who did failed the inspection but they were acceptable failures. There is no sign of racism at all. People who coming to the inspection need to do a bit of a research themselves. If you bought your vehicle new and only have the new keepers slip. Make sure you bring an sales order letter or its a fail. This letter can written yourself if the car is bought privately. Need info and signature of seller. Make sure if you need proof of evidence for Euro6, phone your cars manufacturers head office and request a letter, usually takes a week to come. Big dents and scratches to the bodywork will fail you. Finally make sure you take your car to the manufactures mot center and get your mot there and fix all advisory too. Hope this helps.
