Cant believe the company website begins with a statement saying they would help as much as possible during this awful pandemic. My critically ill brother has the misfortune of dealing with these people, as when i asked them today what if any action could be taken to suspend my brothers account while he battled Covid we were told nothing could be done & started spouting the Data Protection Act.. Awful Company

We have paid our mortgage off after 25 years should have been a happy time. Was transferred over to engage credit, not our doing. Got told we needed to pay settlement fees on mortgage and two loans we took out that run along side the mortgage 15 and 20 years ago to all end SAME TIME. Bradford and Bingley do not exist any more. We were given settlement fees and told we had to pay or fzve penalties? We paid these they then still took out the payments after this so owe us money. They insist they do not. We have paperwork we have shown them that says end date. Now they are saying due to a mis calculation some years ago there was a mistake so we did owe them and they are correct ( this was admitting an error and sending us a partial refund and later a 50 gesture of goodwill payment? Been fighting this since July/August. Day off work today to put my complaint forward to ombudsman along with a claim for financial hardship and stress. Been an absolute nightmare.

If I could give this sorry excuse for a company lower than one star I would! The absolutely worst, poor and awful company! Non professionals, inconsiderate, horrible and dreadful customer service. Terrible communication and unhelpful. I am so disappointed and disgusted with them and would never recommend them to anyone!

I've been very lucky, they could have taken my house off me many times , but they have not I am now starting to sort all out. My business is now coming good. Just need start paying the capital down. Where they are falling short just tried ring them in the last 2 days can not get through, I suppose because of the lock down and the financial crisis, so do understand but bit annoying.

This company needs to show and demonstrate they care about their customers. A relationship that provide trust . They care about their business, their profit as if customers are not in their thoughts. This is my perception, especially whey they are compared to a former mortgage company and a former mortgage account.
