My windows were 20 years old and I used Epic Windows to have my new ones. John and Simon came round to suggest a window and showed me some samples of what I could have. Once the windows were made up they fitted me in fairly quickly and did a great job. Mike the fitter did an excellent job that I am really happy with. I had both front and back windows done with some windows of the front being stained glass which I am really happy with. Really good price overall and a job well done. Would recommend. Thanks.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! Was told they were FENSA registered and they advertised they were, however after having all my windows done they never sent me a certificate or registered the windows. Was promised many times this would be done after contacting them numerous times but still nothing and they are now ignoring my emails and calls. They also fitted my bay window incorrect and broke some of my soffits. They got silicone everywhere and broke the dado in my lounge, Avoid at all costs.

I recently had my windows and front composite door fitted by John/Simon and his team. Did a lovely job and we are extremely happy. Excellent price and the quality of windows seems great. We have a couple of decent size bay windows on the front of the house and they came out great. Overall my experience of them was excellent. We got recommended by a friend and we would have no issues recommending them to friends as well.

Not fensa registered so you wont get a certificate what ever they say ,windows whistle when windy and the workman ship slap dash they had to come back 3 times to put stuff right ,believe me if I had paid them they would have not come back , there finishing is horrendously ,no finishing strips just thick silicone everywhere not even smoothed.you might be attracted by cheap quote but it's cheap for a reason they not registered and rubbish

We recently had our windows and doors replaced by EPIC Windows & Conservatories. Absolutely delighted with the results, the windows look great inside and out and a number of people have already complimented us on the composite front door. EPIC completed the work within the time frame stated, the guys that completed the installation were very personable and kept everywhere tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
