Great customer service and we can’t thank Nate Linton enough for all his fantastic help setting up our new system. He is so helpful and really knows the system so well. We have a main till and two pockets, this new system will make our ordering and payment much quicker. Highly recommended.

Super friendly & efficient! As a small restaurant owner you have about 10 job roles, from kitchen porter, to company director and everything in between, so it’s a Godsend to be able to rely on your service providers! The Customer Service at EPOS now, our provider for over 3 years, are just so slick and well trained, some of them even have previous hospitality experience, so they help you with til updates from menu changes to, layout, tax issues, back office reports etc in real time, while on call! The wait is never long and there’s a ‘request a call back option’ BUT the main thing is, once you get to talk to them they will help you! Very grateful, Team VA
