Fantastic company to deal with from the very beginning. The sales chap (John) was not at all pushy. Very refreshing. I was concerned that we'd be 'left to it' once we'd ordered but no, the tech guys took over, installing the system and training us up at our convenience. If I call the office to make changes to the system or ask questions I can ALWAYS speak to the same knowledgeable chap, Josh, who will spare as much time as I need. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I would absolutely recommend this company. If you need an EPOS system, dont go anywhere else!

We've been with EPOS Systems for over 20 years. Their system works very well for restaurants, even with the complex menu that we have. During the pandemic they set up our 'Pay at the Table' App in a matter of days. This has proven to be an essential tool for us during these times. The maintenance and support has always been first rate too.

We've been using EPOS Systems for a number of years since we opened. The till system we have, is ideal for our restaurant setting. The system is flexible, and allows us to add and change products easily and quickly via online cloud so we can even edit remotely. The dashboard is a great tool to allow us to monitor our sales. Since the COVID outbreak, we've taken advantage of the pay at table app, that we've used in our outdoor seating area - this tool has been brilliant in managing the area.
