Rafal and Chris were doing a major refurbishment of my house last year. Weve done a couple of rooms, kitchen, bathroom, and back garden. It was a complex work that included moving partitioning walls around, plastering, decorating, tiling, decking, the list is long! Surrey Carpenters delivered what was promised - a durability of workmanship maintaining top notch quality of finishes. We are deeply grateful. The house looks and feels great! Thank You.

Rafal completed an extensive project for us to the highest standards. We had our bathroom and kitchen redone, and wouldnt have made it this far without his help with preparations (space arrangement, functionality, product compatibility, etc.) and hard, and amazing work to make our dreams come true. He handled it so well. Cant recommend his services enough. We will be looking forward to hire Rafal for the upcoming project that is scheduled for this year.

The 2 week project which was meant to be completed in Dec 2018 is still unfinished to date 10 July 2019. It has been 7mos now. Rafal has demanded for upfront deposit and I paid over 11K. He has worked hard at the beginning but later the work has been rather slow until there's been no activity over the last few months. I keep chasing him to finish the work but he never runs out excuses e.g. experienced power interruptions (can you believe this??)so unable to complete work, has been a victim of on-line fraud that's why he can't focus on work, ill, car accident, faulty equipment , paint needs to dry up so can't proceed with the next step, can't come to site because he is working on my furnitures and the list of excuses can go on and on. I have learned that he is working on other projects, unfortunately I am the unlucky one as I am now the last priority. This is because he has already collected the money which is equivalent to 90% of the the total project cost when the project is just about 60% complete. Obviously, there's not much motivation to complete the work as the money has already been collected anyway. I have requested for partial refund so i can move on but unfortunately, it is unlikely that he will give my money back. He promised to complete the job soon but I can't rely on his word anymore as he never runs out of excuses. Beware when you enter a contract with him. Put a penalty clause for delay so you are protected- my mistake!!! As to the deposit, choose a tradesman that has a running capital to do the job and not a tradesman that relies on client deposit to be able to start the work as based on experience, once the deposit has been used up, there will be no option but to accept more projects. Really bad experience and hope you take my advice so as not to experience what I have just had.

Outside the house, Rafal made and installed 2 doors with framework. The doors and frameworks are sturdy, secure and fit well. Rafal is pleasant and friendly and cleared up well afterwards. His standard of work is high and we would be pleased to use him again.
