Used this salon 5/05/17 and had a gentleman at the desk. He was very welcoming. I hadn't used a sunbed in a long time and he advised the options in order to best avoid burning and achieve best tanning results as I have fairer skin. He explained clearly and politely how to use the bed, of the two options I had chosen. The bed was clean and like new condition. Provided light tanning in just one 3min session. Only improvement really is that the general lighting in the shop could be improved.
Best in Epsom. Been using them for years. Always keep up to date with re-tubbing the beds. Hardly ever a wait, cleaner than the others in Epsom. They have parking too and their courses are pretty reasonable for the standard. New stand up is good for a change, and seems to help even put my tan.

The Beach is the best tanning store I have ever used and I have come across a lot of poorly run ones in my times. Great staff, friendly atmosphere and always clean and hygienic. The shop is pretty cheap and even cheaper if you buy a course. I Cannot fault it.
They don't honour the prices advertised on their website (12mins for 10). Bad attitude by shop staff. Much better value and service available elsewhere. Until they show some honesty and treat customers better you should avoid this place.

Possibly the worst customer service ever! You would think when you go to a tanning salon that it would be just straight forward to explain how the beds worked. The 20 something receptionist (Holly) spent less than 10 seconds explaining how the beds worked before leaving the room. I had booked 3 mins and explained I didn't want to do my face. At which point she said well you'll just have to cover your face with your clothes. She wasn't interested in explaining further. When the bed then turned off at what I thought was 1 minute 20 she wouldn't believe me. So she turned it on again after much duress. Bear in mind I wanted no longer than 3 minutes! Then when the same thing happened she tried to claim I was lying! As if I was trying to do her out of 3!!! It was so insulting. After speaking to the manager it turned out she had not explained the entire process. Then when I pointed this out she still keep arguing that she was right and somehow I should have known!!! The funniest thing is the manager said she was one of their best! I left her with 3 for the apparent extra minutes she felt I'd had just to try and instill into her that I wasn't trying to rip her off. I was just trying to get good service and my 3 minutes!!! She still didn't get it!!!
