Bunch of cowboys. Lied to our faces about their credentials, tried every trick in the book to confuse and pressure us into making a decision on a car there and then, didn't return our test drive deposit until we'd chased multiple times.

Wilson's Epsom helped me buy my first new car. Great people and incredibly friendly staff who have great knowledge and advice. The management team are extremely helpful also and even reduced the price of the car as it was my first car! Thank you to the Epsom Wilson team, especially the guys who work in the Peugeot showroom!

I'd endorse Wilsons Epsom Nissan because they were straight forward to deal with and took the time to explain what everything was and what we had to do.

Wilsons stock a very wide range of car makes and are easy to deal with. If you are looking for a car I would strongly recommend them.

Bought a ford kuga from here about a month ago. Everything went well until i picked a family member up from work and saw a mechanic who pointed out without even looking stated It needs tyres as there all cracked on the wall of the tyre. First of all got passed around then when i phoned to ask about it got a rude member of staff from the service department stating it was a used car and to get on with it. Then a lady rung back and stated it shouldnt be like that and to bring it in. I took the car in and waited around 2 hours to be told that the tyres dont need changing and that its just weathering from the forecourt and again to get on with it. I then went to kwik-fit and an independant garage who pointed the cracks out originally and got copy of reports of my tyres stating that they need repairing and that i could have a blowout if im on a motorway, these i have sent over 3 days ago and still not heard nothing back from anyone. I am at the stage now of bringing the car back as i am unsure whether the car was even serviced im fed up of being pasted around.

Honestly terrible customer service. I wanted to buy from this place but have just been hung up on, and turned away! I'm not really sure how they make money when they're turning away customers and never seem to be open?
