EP Warmfloor is a brilliant system. We have it under ceramic tiles for a warm floor in the bathroom. We have it under engineered oak floors everywhere, with a thermostat that we can use to keep it on for 8% up to 25% of the time (have never needed more) automatically halved at night. Transforms the house, yet only 2mm thick. Arve is great, and a pleasure to work with. Would thoroughly recommend.
