Great service from the assistant who helped my Fiance and I choose an engagement ring yesterday afternoon. Having looked online we had an idea of what we were after, however its always good to explore options and she was a great help. As fate would have it, her favourite was an Aquamarine and Diamond ring, which was both in stock and on offer. We both left very happy. Thanks

Avoid, unless necessary shop elsewhere today 19th December around 2.30. Lady/employee, probably a part timer who is letting people into shop was very abrupt and poor with attitude. Lacks people skills and cannot answer questions correctly. Also I had a shopping bag from another jewelry shop and she kept redirecting me and not listening. Not an employee I recommend. Poor service and very abrupt Manor. Maybe should give the job to someone who is courteous and knows what they are talking about. 1*

I Went there today to collect my watch after very log repair time starting last year . The Watch was there but they lost my watch certificate, telling me that because the warranty finished there is no need for this certificate . Not what they told me when I collected my wife watch 3 months ago . Then i asked to look at a bracelet , it was 9kt gold bracelet . I asked the young gentlemen what was the weight, so i can calculate if the price was fair . He told me they don't have a scale so cannot weigh the bracelet and its been sold based on the karat of the item . I told him that the karat in gold is the purity not weight he still said they don't have scales and the prices comes from the supplier . A jewellery shop without a scale ?? Total experience very unprofessional and the supervisor very unfriendly.
