We always pop in here for a really good fried breakfast and a cuppa before our railway adventures. Food cooked quickly and efficiently, served with by someone who knows real food. Nothing fancy, just home cooked full English with folk who regularly appreciate how special this cafe is.

Perfect for that missed breakfast. Cheap full English 4 and ample menu. Was very pleased with food and for 4 you can't moan. Would could back again. Quick service, could see this place rammed on match days.

Avoid with all costs. dirty place. staff dirty. Cook also being the waitress and all her clothes were Dirty. there was mint sauce in a glass we were given. Hair on the fork. Food was covered in Greece. can not believe this place is still open. Terrible!

This is a great café with lots of choice of hot and cold food to eat in or takeaway in a box. The staff are very friendly and prices are good with no difference in cost to eat in or take out.

I was honestly appalled by the lack of hygiene this cafe had. First of all, as soon as I sat down at a table, I noticed that it hadn't been cleaned -- there was muck caked on the surface. Then, when my food was served, I saw that the cutlery also hadn't been cleaned properly, and there was dirt on those too. And finally, perhaps the thing that shocked me the most, was that because it was a warm day, the door was open, and as a result of that, there were lots of flies and bugs flying around the cafe, and yet staff left out a large bowl of butter, UNCOVERED, for the final twenty minutes that I was there. They went back to the area more than once, but still failed to put it away in its appropriate place.

90 pence for a lovely mug of tea can’t fault it A proper ‘caff’ not enough of them about these days long may it remain
