This is a tale of two halfs: The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is good *however* it's frequently chaotic, slow and confusing. The physical layout for ordering and paying is very poor, and there is very little space for the staff to work. They always appear to be trying to work round and on top of each other and getting in each others way. There are always loads of staff members present, but it's not always clear what they are doing. There is a lot of standing around and they move at a glacial pace - if you've ever wondered how slowly someone can take a carton of juice out of a fridge then this is your place. They have recently put a table of cakes at the entrance, which has made things even more confusing and difficult as people try to move back and forth along the queue trying to collect their food. There is now a good amount of space to sit, superb views of the Cambridge rooftops, highchairs and baby feeding facilities and it's on the same floor as the excellent toilet and baby change/breastfeeding facilities. Definitely worth a visit, but think twice if you are stressed or in a rush.
