I agree with the previous review. Do not use these people for anything. They are about as rogue as you can go and we are now having to have their handy work ripped out due to our garage door failing after a few months. They are arrogant in the extreme and perhaps the dirtiest shoddiest workers I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They claim the business we bought from Essati no longer exists.....how convenient. They have a habit of running from their business when enough people have started having issues with them. and simply restart using another name. This means technically there is nobody to sue when your door fails, (which it will). They produce a very nice looking warranty which says 10 years all over it. When you read carefully, you are being charged an extra 135 quid for this and only get a 1 year warranty for free (which is bog standard). This is quite disingenuous, and in any case the warranty company is owned by the same people who own this hateful fraudulent company, so it's just as likely to disappear if the heat gets too much. P KELLY WARRANTIES LTD. No more safe than he many trading firms this scum family have already created and then ran into the ground. These are the worst form of scum and cowboys you could ever employ. Do yourselves a favour, watch BBC Watchdog who highlighted only the tip of the iceberg and then AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. BEWARE THEY WILL TRADE UNDER A NEW NAME AS SOON AS THINGS GET TOO HOT FOR THEM. We bought from Essati Garage doors who claim to have now gone bust and have been replaced by Roman Garage doors. Same inbred lying retarded cowboys running it. You have been warned. Run a MILE. If you are unsure, look on companies house website, as it will tell you the directors of any firm. If anything has a slight whiff of Paul Kelly (P Kelly Warranties Ltd - note a limited company so they can pull the plug on this at any time without any guarantees to you), or any of his Kelly family then walk away.
