I would highly recommend seeing Dot, Dot has helped change my life and mindset. I am in a really good positive place now and I can’t thank her enough for all the help she has given me. Dot is professional, welcoming, friendly and makes you feel at ease. I am now living a much happier life - thank you!

Things come to a head in February and I knew I needed to seek help I’d tried everything I could over the years but always ended up in the same position I started and aggression started to set in. Thoughts of ending it all where becoming a weekly occurrence. I decided to go with dot after our initial phone call and after our first appointment she Had pointed me in the direction of a book that helped me understand Who I was and why I behaved the way I did. We than spent a few weeks and months unearthing all the things I had buried from a Poverty stricken childhood and being bullied to doing things I was ashamed of. After a couple of havening sessions and weekly sessions of just talking things thru those little demons where put to bed for good. Now is the time for self nurturing which dot has been great on helping me with and always challenging Me when I put others first or downplay my own worth. 8 months on I now have my own limited company that has gone exceptionally well and I am better Mentally than ever before and the kids are more happy too. Dot has been fantastic thru this period of my life and the support and encouragement has been great from day 1. I will continue seeing her to help grow as a better person and become a better dad.
