Worst costumer service that I ever come across before in my life. I was sent back and stopped from boarding the airline despite their website stated clearly that I don't need a covid test for transit flight. Please stay away from this rubbish airline and save your money and dignity.

The worst airline ever their staff and greed that happened to me their customer service is cheap
Recently flew with Ethiopian airways. After being checked in and having my carry-on verified. I was asked to pay for my carry-on at the door!!!! By the airline staff. They wouldn't listen, declined to take a credit card payment preferring to take cash!!!! Another American couple who had travelled with their luggage checked all the way through to their final destination were also asked to pay in cash for their carry-ons despite that they had been checked all the way to their final destination. Will be flying Kenyan airways or SA from now on!!!!! Very poor service!!!! Disgusting!

Known as the best airline in Africa and pride of Ethiopian. The Airlines and service has a long way to go before it can have the same status on the world market. Best to invest money on staff training, in flight services and customer service experiences. Look at the middle eastern Airlines ...
