We called here on the way to Seahouses, as the windscreen wipers on my brother-in-law's car were making a noise. The staff could not have been more helpful, located the replacement blades, which my brother-in-law fitted. All the staff we saw were very helpful and friendly.

Very slow service, website suggested the wrong part while the person in the shop did try to find the part matching my car took a long time for him to serve me and was also taking a personal call on his mobile at the same time! Another member of staff was using the free time to clean his own car seems to be a rather relaxed place with not much getting done in terms of running the shop/business efficiently!

Appalling firm to deal with, both at Kendal and other offices. The part I bought was faulty (petrol tank). This only became apparent after it had been fitted to the vehicle. The tank was returned to the Kendal store and they replaced it. However this entailed paying for fitting twice. DON'T BUY FROM THEM - BUY CHEAP MEANS BUY TWICE. They responded to my emails and letters by saying someone was looking into it and would get back to me. This has been going on for 12 months and as it hasn't been resolved I therefore want to make public the lack of customer care and customer service at Euro Car Parts. A total shambles of a firm.
