I purchased various parts from here back when I had a scooter, and had zero issues. Their prices are great, and they had everything I needed in stock, and they're also local for me which was a bonus. If I ever get back on 2 wheels, I'll be returning for sure.

I have bought all of my scooter parts from these guys for both my old bike and my new bike, and I have to say everything from product quality and delivery speed to customer service has been absolutely excellent. My bulk purchase a few weeks ago saw a slight issue with one of the products, and when I got in touch and gave them the details of the issue they were more than happy to help me rectify the issue and were very very friendly and helpful. I don’t think I’d order parts from anywhere else as I’m sure anywhere else would struggle to match the standards of these guys. Would very highly recommend ordering any parts needed from them I couldn’t recommend a better place. Ethan

I couldn't be more pleased with the service Items must of been Delivered by superman (Lol) Arrived 4 or 5 Days Before Estimated time will be buying from them all the time Now I've Got 3 Grandsons 2 already rideing scooters 3rd will be on one soon so Grandad gets to be there personal mechanic lol Thank You Again will be buying from you again next week Grandson wants big bore kit

Ordered an exhaust from here last week. It was delivered very promptly but, unfortunately, wasn't the right fitment for our scooter (these things happen) Emailed to let them know & had a very quick & satisfactory response from Neil regarding collection & a refund. Excellent customer service all round & certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys or to use Euro Scooter Parts again in the future ourselves

Bought a starter clutch for my boys scooter I fitted it along with a new variator and belt, he used the bike twice and the starter clutch broke up causing damage to the new variator and belt, they sent me a replacement starter clutch but refuse to reimburse me for the parts that were damaged due to their poor quality part. I’m now I’m out of pocket and need to buy new parts to get my boy back on the road, I’ll also be seeking legal advice to claim my money back, avoid as they have poor customer service and inferior parts
