What can I say. Initially very nice and also competitively priced. But if you expect after sales service or Martin to take accountability for their work work then move along. An extremely rude man who thrives on getting 5 star reviews by enticing people with a 10% servicing discount at the time of installation. Left exposed pipes in the bedroom supported by a piece of decking resting over the wardrobe. Pics attached. I sold the house and when taking the wardrobes down it revealed the work carried out (or lack off). the plastic piece fell off as now supported by nothing and leaving all pipes exposed. I was advised that they will have to bring the pipe down and across from the loft due to space issues. But assured me that it will get covered up professionally. When I called Martin to ask politely to send someone and fix it, he demanded I have to pay for it. A mess they created in the first place. And here I was debating about getting these guys out to do air con in a much larger house. When I challenged him his exact words were \I have had enough of you people asking for freebies. You can pay or forget it. You signed off on the work\. Never in my life have I come across a person to throw away thousands of pounds worth of business for at best 100quid worth of mending work. Cheap - Yes, Customer service - No, After sales - No, accountability - No.

We wanted a fresh air ventilation system in a local village hall and contacted Eurocool. From the initial contact and subsequent survey Martin was efficient and professional suggesting a system that would fit our needs. The quote was provided in a short space of time and agreed after a minor change at our request. The team turned up on a mutually agreeable day and they fitted the system quicker than originally thought, cleaning and clearing up after themselves. We now have a very neat ventilation system fulfilling our requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending Eurocool for a providing a good and professional service at a very reasonable price and will be looking to them for future servicing of an existing air conditioning system.
We needed a new commercial AC specialist to take over a previous maintenance contract when our former supplier failed to get back to us, we also had an outstanding system modification which we wanted to get resolved. I called EuroCool to help, from start to finish the communication was excellent (email and phone). Martin came and surveyed out business premises, and we were then scheduled in within a few days. Workmanship was responsive, with clean and tidy work ethics while on site. Very happy to recommend.

Martin Saidler, the company owner arrived on the agreed day to assess, measure and explain to us the requirements and work required to install two systems at our property. After agreeing, we later received an agreeable price and installation date. The engineers arrived on the day and after a brief check on what was going where they made a start. Any mess from where they drilled holes etc was quickly vacuumed up. The lounge system was installed, up and running by late afternoon and a start on the bedroom unit began. The following day everything was completed. A further demonstration and assistance to instal and set the iPhone app and we were all done. I was very impressed with their efficiency, politeness and workmanship which was of a high professional standard. Fully recommended!
