Great customer service, if not immediate on entry. 2 colleagues advised on the perfect upgrade and future proof TV. Great after sales contact and overall deal. Delivery was delayed and no time slot was specified. Would greatly and have already recommended to others looking to upgrade. The team have excellent knowledge too _

Was looking to purchase a TZ40 camera and did some research on the web before making my decision. On Googling the product it came up with the Panasonic Southampton Store 'Youtube' channel to which David gave some first class info on the product. (Recomend checking these videos out) Rang them up and they were most helpful on the phone. Tom was great and nothing was a problem. When I got there they had a demo unit which he happily let me try out before making the purchase. Decided to buy it and the price was the same as leading online retailers - so was very happy to have had a demo before buying. Both Tom & David were very helpful, polite and ...happy... something you don't see that much in retail these days! As a business owner myself I know how important this reflects. Would highly recommend to all. Thanks guys :)
