they are a bunch of cowboys. its taken months to do my brothers 2 windows and door and repair the brickwork on his bay window. theyve finally finished the brickwork and the bricks are back to front and they havent put any colour in the cement so where its pointed its a different colour. they even broke the bay window sill when they came to repair the brickwork a few weeks ago, and ended up not doing it. ripped his burgular alarm out, has been a joke from start to finish. the chuckle brothers would of done a better job. When he complained today they threatened to take him to court if he didnt pay up. dont let them do any work for you

keep ringing from a private number so cant block it. reporting them. possibly scam its very strange also how all the positive reviews have only ever done one review hmmmmmmmmmm

Still ringing after cold calling 8 years ago. Get the message will.you. We dont want anything doing. Keep blocking numbers but they ring off private number then. 2nd call in 3 days this time.

Awful company avoid! came knocking on my door yesterday, I wanted a quote for a patio door so agreed. The salesman came today and it was hard selling at its worst, gave a price 2000 above the going rate and then started knocking money off so you think that you're getting a good deal. When asked what I thought I said that they are obviously overpriced if you can virtually half the cost in minutes, asked him to leave in the end

Strongly recommend avoiding this company, after telling them I'd be happy to get a quote but wouldn't be making a decision today, they agreed that wasn't a problem, the quote would be valid for 12 months and they'd leave it with me. They came out and measured, quote was given and sales rep (James I think his name was) would not take "leave it with me" as an answer. Very forceful, continued to knock money off, kept calling his manager for a better deal despite me telling him CONTINUOUSLY I won't be making a decision today, I started to feel really uncomfortable and nervous IN MY OWN HOME! Disgusting company, really wish I'd read reviews prior to them coming out to quote. He even attempted to guilt trip me telling me they just wanted some work so they didn't have to lay off any staff and even asked if I would agree to let them install just 1 external door! This was a really unpleasant experience, please avoid and shop elsewhere.

Very poor customer service. Workmen themselves seem ok but the management don't have a clue what they are doing. No communication with the customers. 5 months to complete a job after 6 different visits. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company
