As I am a key worker Eurotaxis have been collecting my kids everyday during the pandemic and taking them school. They've been great.

A rubbish taxi service. I booked a taxi 2 hours in advance for a 5 mile journey and received a confirmatory text saying the booking had been made. The taxi never arrived and the Company refused to answer the phone when I attempted to find out what was going on. I later received another text stating the taxi was delayed due to high demand but that my booking was a priority, though with no estimated time of arrival at my house. Their excuse about a high demand was a blatant lie as the area is in lockdown and few people are going anywhere, plus it was night time. I was on my way to work as I am a key worker. I cancelled the taxi out of disgust and I will never use them again.

Horrendous experience. Booked for us though the AA after we broke down. We were told to expect them at Micheal Woods services at 11pm. At 11.20pm I rang to see where they were to be told \they are entering the car park now\. Most of the services were closed and we were left to wait outside, no seating open inside at that time of night, with a 6 year and a 13yr old. Obviously a blatant lie, no one arrived until midnight. It got worse! The driver sped all the way back to Evesham, had his mobile on his lap that distracted him so much we rode the Chevron. Closer to home, the driver was obviously unfamiliar with the area, fair enough, but he came to a complete halt, twice on 2 different 60mph roundabouts to check his phone when he didn't know the exit. My partner was kind enough to point out the local speed camera down the road, we still sped right up to it before slamming on the brakes. Horrendous ordeal. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Would report if anyone bothered to check! Avoid this company, dangerous.
