Super happy with the service we recieved today. Called beforehand to check stock etc. Spoke to Tom who was really friendly from start to finish, he managed to check all possible stock, advise us and clearly explain the difference between each bike. The intention was to spent around 300 per bike, we bought 2 plus helmets and spending 400 more than we intended to, this was down to the level of Information provided to us, Tom was super helpful and would highly reccomend being served by him. All the staff are great when visiting the branch, unfortunately there was a long wait to be served due to the shortage of staff, however it's much better service and range than other retailers within Leicester.

Really helpful and friendly guys . Nothing was too much trouble when I visited for advice after my bike chain came loose cycling to work.....it was altered correctly by true professional people. I cycled home feeling safe. Plenty of interesting items in shop for cyclists to purchase with some amazing bikes aswell Would recommend

My family members brought 2 bikes from here at a cost of 1500 along with locks mudguards and accessories and again recently to buy peddles 60 and cycling shorts 40 they live 20 miles from Leicester when they got back from a recent visit to evens the assistant who served them left a security tag attached to the shorts that were brought for a planned ride next day so could not be used (my family member asked when purchasing if the tags were off)yes was the reply-I took them back to the store and told them of the of the inconvenience this had caused which “sorry about that” didn’t help the situation thay said what would I like to do, I suggest some kind of voucher or something to compensate our waste of time and dissatisfaction that was caused by lack of care but nothing could be offered as the manager don’t work on Sunday when we’ve encountered mistakes by by other stores a better customer experience was had as shops like new look,m&s in the past was impeccable,unlike the experience in evens cycles

The customer service provided by the Evans Cycles team was outstanding. From the point of asking for some help with an issue with my order Tom managed the whole process from start to finish with the outcome that I wanted. I had concerns when Evans Cycles were bought out by Sports Direct. However Tom and the team in Leicester have gone out of their way to provide some excellent customer service. I would strongly recommend buying your bike from Evans Cycles Leicester.

I brought my bike in for repair and adjustment. Great service within the day! Friendly, nice and very helpful staff. They did a great job and didn't try to replace or sell anything more than what's needed (as it would happened in other shops). I'll definitely keep going in the future :)
