Phoned in the morning with a flat tyre. Got an appointment for 2pm. Arrived on time and was seen immediately. Very helpful, friendly, efficient service. All fixed for a very reasonable price and didn't spend more than 30 minutes in the Grafton car park in total. Recommended.

If you're looking for a cycling store with great products and an even better staff, then you have to check out Evans Cycles at the Grafton. I brought my bike in for a quick look and these guys pinpointed the problem in minutes. Not only did they identify the issue, they gave the rest of the bike a look over and discovered some potential major issues that the engineer from Rutland made while assembling the bike for me. I can't tell you enough how impressed I was with the team. They not only fixed my bike and stayed after closing, but they took the time to teach me about my bike and how it should perform and little fixes. I will now only go to this place to get my cycling gear as they really do have an amazing team who are not only knowledgeable and capable, but incredibly professional and willing to go above and beyond.

Avoid this shop. I have bought my eletric bike in July 2020. December 2020 the bike had a fault and stopped work completely. I took the bike to the shop hopping to have my bike in a few days or weeks time. It has been there for 4 months now and they haven't repaired the bike yet. I have chased them everyday and they are not bothered to solve the problem. They said it was an issue to contact Raleigh but when I contacted raleigh they answered straight away. I have then requested the refund and they are ignoring my request. It was lovely when they sold the bike but if you have an issue you won't have the same treatment. I could write everything that has been going on in these four months but it will make me more upset. I will come back here to say the outcome again as I have sent an email to the regional manager today to try to get some answer for my refund. I am really disappointed, four months with bus costs to get to and from work and still paying for my bike that is sitting in the shop. ABSOLUTELLY RIDICULOUS

I had an exceptional experience with them. When I came in for a hub service they immediately took a look at it because I need my bike almost every day and not just swapped the bearings but checked what was actually wrong with it and found out that my quick release was close to the breaking point and actually snapped in the store. They gave me one of their spare ones free of charge and even advised me to think about a new wheelset as mine was very worn out. This team is incredibly competent and is my first choice now.

I've been a loyal customer of Evans Cycles for over 15 years. Since the takeover by Sports Direct, I've noticed a decline in the overall quality of service from Evans stores and in particular their online store and returns policy. However, this is not the case at the store in Cambridge. The Evans Cycles team at the Grafton Centre continue the Evans legacy with outstanding customer service, knowledge and passion for cycling. The technician, Santi is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and customer focussed. He went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with a newly purchased bike from Evans online shop, which meant that I didn't have to mess around posting the bike back to Sports Direct. Thank you Santi for your hard work and commitment to customer service and also thanks to your manager for the sound advice and commitment to the Evans legacy. My daughter will have her new bike on her birthday after all. Best wishes to you both.
