I phoned in an order for a part I needed for my car now I was told I need to pay in full because it was a 'stock' item so I paid and was told it would be there today 29th March 2019, i proceeded to make the 48 mile round trip to arrive and be given the part they say is what I need now I spent a good 25minutes in there telling the guy they are supplying the wrong only to be told it's the only one coming up in their system for my car so it must be right and I wasnt a Vauxhall technician so what did I know,only yo come home to fit the part to find out it's the wrong bloody one ... now i have to make the same trip again to return the item and source else where do not use Evan's halshaw parts department, Ebay is a good alternative where I have found the GM part I need for half the price at 27

Shocking.. after a routine service they warned me there was was a lot of water leaking so they need to check.. Turns out "nothing was wrong" but they still charged me an hours labour to check

never before have i encountered such an unprofessional used car salesman. he was rude and really did not want to deal with us, he showed no interest whatsoever. he was told that is would be a cash sale, we did not want finance, or GAP, or extended warranty, or scotchguard treatment. JUst a price to change. over an hour later, we were still NO closer to getting the price. All in all i would give this car sales a wide berth, there are far more helpful and friendly places. THIS PLACE IS DEFINATELY A NO GO AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED.

Avoid at all costs. Had my car for over a week, despite being told the job would only take a few days, with ZERO communication. Got my car back and there’s a load of scuffs on the bonnet. What a joke of a company.

Kept me waiting for days for work that when I went to another garage they said it wasn't even needed. Now they pester me every year about my MOT and service even after I asked them to take me off their mailing list years ago as I was unhappy with their work! I'm writing this as I've had enough!
