I can’t thank Kyle enough for the service I received buying my car, he made the whole process so seamless (even though there were bumps along the way). I am so happy with my fiesta, it was cleaned to immaculate standard and he made part exchanging my old car super easy. Buying the car was easy online and through teams and did it from the comfort of my own home. I can’t recommend this garage enough, thank you for everything

Booked my car I’m with them as it was under warranty, when I first phoned up was greeted by someone called martin he made me feel Suicidal he didn’t seem very happy with himself customer service was very poor, when the car was completed I had to send my wife to collect the car as I was to busy with work, she was greeted by a women at the customer service desk that seemed very grumpy, my wife explained that she had come to collect the car she was given the keys and was told the car was out there somewhere she had to walk around between lots of cars in the heavy sleet and snow customer service is very bad here and wouldn’t be be taking my car back here and would not recommend this garage to anyone. VERY POOR

Really disappointed with the service department, I booked my car in to check for a puncture as the pressure kept dropping and I get free repairs with a service plan. Whilst booking it in, the lady on the phone told me my car had been issued with a recall (not sure when they were planning on telling me). On the day it was in, I received a call at lunchtime explaining the recall was sorted and they had found nothing wrong with my tyre. Baffled, I explained that was the purpose of bringing it in and there clearly was something wrong. She explained they would have to do a 'bath test' which they didn't have time to do on the same day. Annoyed, I went to my local garage behind my work and asked if they could check, they did and pointed out a nail in the tyre. Even he couldn't understand how it hadn't been spotted. It's nice to know you're in safe hands whilst your car is in for a service.
