Got my car repaired from here after getting moved around from different dealerships after trying to get it booked in for repair. The service I received was beyond amazing was kept in the loop about everything that was happening with it and a special mention to Rose who did all of this. Car is running like a dream again so really happy to be back on the road again.
Purchased A 65 plate Ford Smax from Evan's Halshaw Hull. It was brought down from a branch in the North East I believe. It has fuel economy issues as well as some electrical faults. Very frustrating and now stuck with it as I bought if because I have a newly born baby so need it logistically. It uses about 5 miles when it's been driven less than a mile. It's been back twice and still not fixed all the time having to go back whilst I'm at work and left without a vehicle as there courtesy car wait is an unacceptable 4 weeks. Will not be buying from this branch again. To put salt on the wounds it was sat at the branch for 2 weeks before I picked it up and clearly never checked properly
Absolutely no where to park, and what I had or arranged on the phone meant nothing, so when I got there expecting a repair, they asked what the problem was, an then ordered the part!
Very understaffed waited a hour. So didnt bother getting a van from here
