Sad to hear that Ford is cutting some services or closing . The letter I received wasn't clear. I am now think of using a different make of car. Reading Cardiff Newport Road reviews I am not fussy on going there at all . Getting there looks difficult not one for city driving. What has happened to Nigel who I used to deal with about 3 years ago ? Is he ok ?

Great cars, very good service
I purchased a second hand car from here and was offered a service plan to get a service every year and discounted MOT. I took my car in for it's yearly service and MOT on Wednesday at 8.30am and was told it would be ready to pick up by 12.30pm and I'd get a call once it was ready. At 2.30pm I had still not heard from them so called to check on the progress of my car. I was told it would be ready by 3pm so I went to collect it at 3pm and it was still not processed. I was told to wait as it wouldn't be much longer. I finally had my car at 4.30pm. A whole 4 hours after the time I was originally told. I was informed that to pass the MOT I would need later new exhaust and new windscreen wipers so I got that booked in for 2 days later on the Friday at 8.30am. Again I was told I would get a call when it was ready. I called later that day to check on the progress and get an estimated time for collection and was told the work was all finished and they were just doing the MOT re-test and my car would be ready in half an hour. Again, I went to collect my car and ended up waiting over an hour. On the Sunday, 2 days after I had had the work done I was out in my car in the rain and my windscreen wiper came loose and fell off!! The garage was closed as it was Sunday so I went back on Monday to complain. They fitted a new wiper but didn't so much as an offer an apology. I have cancelled my service plan and will not be going there again. If they cannot fit a windscreen wiper correctly then I don't have much confidence in the rest of the work they do. I would definitely NOT recommend!
