a year ago I first heard of Mathew through a friend she stop smoking with him i was such a mess i dont even think i could sit in the chair for him to help me i was so depressed and was suffering with really bad panic attacks and anxiety i am so so happy with how Mathew helped me he was so professional and he definitely knows his stuff he made me feel so relaxed which was hard with panic attacks and anxiety he took so much time and effort with me i am so grateful and glad i went to see Mathew i would not have come this far with out him and i realy do mean that i now can do alot more go out be with friends live my life and the panic attacks have all most gone which is amazing because i had the every day all day and the anxiety is just a little uneasy which is amazing to when i could not sit in the chair with out freaking out so if you are thinking of going to the Excel practice and you have been put of or just not quite sure go hes amazing and i am so grateful to him for all he has done for me hes a lovely guy and a great hypnotherapist thank you Matthew for helping me get my life back i am so grateful to you. I decided to start some hypnosis and coaching sessions with Matthew when I moved to London early this year. I seemed to the outside world to have a perfect life but I know it's not what I wanted. Matthew helped me to make much more considered and smart decisions when facing the crossroad. I took a great look inside myself to live the life I really wanted and I now work within an industry which I enjoy. judging by the positive review I was eager to work with Matthew. However, what I came to find out was Mathew was more fixed on talking about the payment arrangements rather than what he could do for me to benefit my situation ( I came to him in hopes of curing my anxiety). I agreed to do 1 session with him which consisted nothing but a bunch of gibberish which sounded not particular in response to my issues but rather dully repeating things in which would fit the cliche of a hypnotherpist. We went out to do practical work, which was my suggestion, and try approaching people on the street to converse with he was not helpful with this at all but rather just somebody standing next to me giving me no motivation or seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. The suggestions he did suggest to mention to women was inappropriate. During this practical process I caught glimpses of him appearing fed up and wanting to leave. I had to pay 150 for an hour of nonsense. I highly recommend nobody ever take up work with this hypnotherapist unless you like to waste your money.
