Ordered Bose 700 soundbar and sub. Waited 2 weeks for soundbar to become available then they tell me they have no stock of sub for my order for another 6-7 weeks. Stop selling things you dont have in stock or get a better system to hold items for orders. Paid slightly more elsewhere to save the long wait TUT TUT NOT IMPRESSED

Ordered speakers and payment taken. Then informed by e-mail that they no longer stock them but offered alternative at higher price. If they no longer stock them why take your money? Declined new speakers and one week later still waiting for refund. Same speakers still advertised even though they admit they don't have any. Is that legal? Are they commiting an offence?
