The team at excess baggage picked up a bag from central london for me and delivered one back. There is a human story behind that. My daughter in London wanted me to have a care package and she made a beautiful one up, which I picked up while in transit. I couldn’t visit because of Covid restrictions which was heartbreaking. The team at excess baggage made that possible. A heartfelt thank you. The whole team are great, but a big shout out to Peter.

I took my brand new hiking bag in to be wrapped to protect it during transit. After is carefully placed it, the person running the shop moves it and dropped it on the spikes used to position the bag, puncturing it. They didn't apologise and, given I had a flight to catch, I had no time to deal with the issue. I am deeply angry this happened.
