We bought a new set of Dreadnought furniture for a 6 room student let in the summer of 2019, for a cost of 2800. Within a couple of months some of the drawers had started collapsing and coming off the runners. Geoff, the proprietor came out a couple of times to fix them, albeit complaining. But at the end of this academic year, August 2020, I am having to spend several days replacing runners (costing over 100) which I have bought myself, as well as spending 98.10 on timber to 'beef up' these rather fragile units. It was a mistake buying them and I regret it. At this stage I am hoping they will last another year, but not sure.
