Very friendly office staff, couldn't ask for better customer service and the drivers were very helpful/quick. Very happy to have chosen Coastal, will definitely be using again!

SIGNCO

Sold me a contract and this ran smoothly for the the first 2 pickups. They then started turning up before anybody was on site so they couldn't collect. Charged me for non collection and said that they couldn't come at any other time. Seemed to be ok when i first signed the agreement. They then told me to put my bins outside if the main gate but that is a roadside and was not viable. I now have a 3 month cancellation clause to see out and i still won't get my bins emptied. Keen on selling you the policy but didn't live up to any promises.

A hotel owner for many years we used another refuse disposal company. Retiring last year we decided to make life easier and hire a smaller wheeled bin from a local company. The bin fitted conveniently into a tiny area of our garden. No need for a weekly collection where you pay even if the bin is almost empty - have a collection every couple of weeks or so for no extra charge. One is obliged to pay for this service of course but it is not out of this world. Good value for money, the benefits are considerable and well worth it. The office staff and the driver are always helpful and very polite. Wish we had known of this smaller and friendly company several years ago and it would have saved me a considerable amount.

dumped skip on flower/shrub border on top of new plants, other previous skips put on gravel drive, but not this one
