After a 9 year battle with my ex husband I finally had Darren recommended to me, he took on my case and had it resolved in 10 months and that was due to court delays in this pandemic. I can honestly say he made a terrible situation bearable and dealt with my case promptly and took all the pressure away from me, he is so down to earth and made me feel very confident and less stressed in his manner and approach. Highly recommend Darren to anyone needing a solicitor, I really can't praise him enough.

Absolutely shocking. Post sent to wrong address, which would not have been discovered without my follow up. Slow response to emails, dodge phone calls, unkept promises. Final straw today was when I got told ‘forgot you had to sign it’ as a response to why I hadn’t been told something was there for me to sign. Emailed firm about issues and barely a response. If you want someone reliable then go elsewhere. Have email trails to prove the above before appeals get made to take this down.

He was not able to take my employment tribunal case on but he still very kindly responded to my emails quickly and provide great information and advice which really helped me venture off on my own in a positive way, and no charges for his time which is an extra bonus! At the start of my case the company where helpful but after a couple of months and after this was not the case . With a family matter there needs to be a level of compassion and understanding , this didn’t happen . Struggled to get a response when I tried to call and email after my case I had no response at all. I felt like just a number to the person I delt with . With a very upsetting and challenging time and a hefty bill I would never use this company again . A very misleading service .
Absolutely awful, don't provide you the information you request, over charge, slow to respond to emails, and only interested in dragging your case on further to line there pockets
