I have recently purchase 3 island lamps from Dusk Lighting for a new build self build on opening the boxes one was found to be damaged at the neck the company have done everything not to replace the item telling us that we should have notified them of the damage within 48 hours however they asked for images of the damaged item, the images were sent over but then they informed us again that the 48 deadline could not be changed be very careful of doing business with this company as they seem to not care about there customers or there reputation

Great customer support! Even we have most of their products in Croatia, we are always buying lighting for our projects from Dusk, cause they have better prices and and are very proffesional if you have some problem regarding orders.

Jamie was a total delight to deal with. He was positive, friendly and went out of his way to explain the different options and styles I might like. He wasn't trying to rush me off the phone and nothing was too much trouble. Mark helped me amend my order and again nothing was too much trouble. Very polite and friendly. The attitudes of staff really make the difference, amazing experience! Can't wait to get my lights. Thank you both!
