In my opinion, you rate the company unfairly because all and exactly all the staff tries to provide high quality services, but it should be taken into account that we are not able to control random incidents such as weather or delayed deliveries to the company and then to the customer. Everyone will only judge bad and no one will give a good opinion. The DX company tries to make delivery possible on time and within the prescribed period. Unfortunately, even the best companies have small mistakes. Despite all my efforts, I know the situation with the driver trying to deliver the package and the customer is not at home because on holiday and then: anger and remorse like, why I do not have a shipment. You really should not judge the company after one small mistake. I wish that every customer would be satisfied.

Totally useless got a text msg and email stating package would be delivered between 8am-6pm. Tried to track my package throughout the day and kept saying out for delivery. No card left and checking now jus says waiting for first delivery.

Is it possible to give minus stars? I was meant to receive my order a week ago and DX keep saying they tried but need to reschedule.....They obviously haven't tried, I did not receive a text nor an email, they also left no slip or evidence stating they had attempted delivery. What a useful delivery company...... Oh and because of them I have to postpone my proposal

Parcel sent was returned to sender for no reason. Tracking stated I had refused it - which I hadn't. Package was re-sent. Tracking then said it had been delivered and signed for - which it hadn't. Phone call to Exeter depot. I was told the 'label had fallen off and was being reprinted'. I don't like a smart-alec. Eventual email sent to and phone call from head office forced delivery after one week. I will never use DX and in future will check with companies that I buy from that they don't use them either.

Absolutely furious, a completely incompetent delivery company, they do not follow delivery instructions, or the note left on my front door. They do not follow their own guidelines they have on their own website. Do not use this delivery company, they are completely incompetent. My next day delivery was not received, instead of following my instructions on the front door in plain sight, they put a note through instead.

Would give no stars if I could. Absolutely worse delivery service around, diabolical! Was told 1 week ago delivery was arrive, waited in everyday for a whloe week, couldn't go out at all due to the terrible 8am-6pm service. To which Im service waiting for my delivery absolute time wasters!

Worst delivery company i have ever had the misfortune to have been involved with. Excuses of not able to get my door so unable to deliver although Lorry's were driving into my street.Wouldn't deliver the following day and would not allow me to pick it up. Completely useless customer services. Would rate in the minus but haven't got that option.
