A very beautiful cathedral with superb surroundings. Dating back to 1114, it has the longest continuous medieval stone vault (ceiling) in the world. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely beautiful cathedral. We were lucky to pop there by 4 40pm and got in before it closes at 5pm. Some classical music playing added to the mystic atmosphere. No seating was allowed and some points with sanitizers what made us feel safe. Do not miss it if visiting Devon and staying nearby Exeter.
Amazing Gothic Structure well worth the 5 entry fee... 900yrs of history Duty Cleric very knowledgeable & friendly. I'm not religious but this building is stunning
If like me you enjoy visiting cathedrals then this one is a fine example. The organ is refurbished and the Choir is far more open than in most cathedrals.
Beautiful cathedral, peaceful hour looking at all it has to offer. Fan vaulting on ceiling amazing.
