Just had a delivery from two of your guys. Not only did they ring me to see where I was they then were willing to wait five/ten minutes for me to reach the delivery address and receive the item. I’d told Ao to leave it on the door but this wasn’t allowed. Two polite chaps that dropped my delivery to the door and I really couldn’t fault the service! What an asset they are to your company. Crew number EXV600B in times like these it’s worth making a fuss of people that normally get moaned at. Thanks lads have a great weekend.

Not a retail store for AO, But distribution centre. Do not go to this place expecting to buy any white goods

Ao distribution centre that sells seconds and tries to palm them off on customers and then blames the drivers for any damage. Under paid, badly run and sherks all responsibility but making sure staff are self employed. The only reason I've given it 2* is because there are some decent staff there, but out weighed by tossers in my opinion...
