I have always found the company more than just helpful, but willing to research what I needed as well as having a thorough knowledge of what 'simple reformed ministers' require in the way of replacing our gowns and tabs. Let us be a rewarding customer rather than always thinking we are the only one ordering in the world and they are waiting just to wait upon us.
This comment is in regard to the comment/review made by Zaelon Sledge. Mr. Sledge placed his online order on Thursday October 16th, I printed the order off the online ordering website, pulled and packaged the collars that same day from the Branchville NJ office. They were shipped out USPS Priority 2 day Mail the very next morning Friday October 17th. I tracked his shipment on the USPS website and it showed it was delivered on Monday October 20th. How is that bad service, please tell me.
After ordering robes for my graduation and the University of Exeter, the supply of mortarboards ran out, meaning the initial stages of my graduation day were actually stressful rather than enjoyable, it also made me 20 minutes late for the ceremony itself.
