My experience with Lexus Exeter has been great. James Gray was dealing with me during the whole process from booking the car, arranging for collection and after sales support. James has been thoroughly professional and really good communicator, Only spoken to James by phone twice during whole process; All the communication via email and everything went very well. James even helped me with the Road Tax and 3 day insurance etc for which I am really great full for. I would highly recommend Lexus Exeter. It has been a pleasure to do business with the team.

Firstly Laura, your telephone conversation skills have to be congratulated, your customer service skills face to face are even better. It was definitely a case of third time lucky.
