Very friendly and helpful staff. I visited here to get my biometrics done. If you're visiting here there is a big pay and display car park just opposite. (Magdalene Road car park). I didn't give 5 stars because the man in reception was very rude and not friendly. Hope the management addresses this concern as many have said the same in reviews.

Just visited with my little daughter for her biometrics. The ladies and the guy there who served us were so lovely and friendly so thank you so much! However Regus female receptionist was so extremely rude and abrupt with us.. i was shocked. I want to tell her now that is actually very nice to be nice no matter what.. it makes you feel good. I hope her manager has a little word with her. Thanks to the rest of the staff who took us in and apologised on her behalf.

The receptionist and security man are the most hostile and rude people i have ever met since over 5 years that I have been in the UK. Went there today to have my biometrics done and i experienced these two horrible people. This lady with a dark hair asked me to leave just because i challenged her about the way she spoke to me not once but twice!!!!!! The security did not help matters when she called him to come lead me out!!! Thank God for a lovely lady that actually attended to me and stood up for the truth. She was so physically upset about the whole thing and said that was not the first time its happening. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN FOR BEING A SENSIBLE HUMAN BEING ....everything made me so upset too. WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR SOME PEOPLE TO JUST BE KIND????
