A store me and my partner frequently visit due to it's great range, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff. On the note of the staff, they go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and are satisfied with your purchase, I cannot praise them enough.

Went in to Simply Pleasure at the weekend, and walking into the store my partner where greeted by the store manager Becky . A very kind and helpful lady whom put us at our ease .Answered awkward questions with a little humour a lot of tact and empathy ,she advised us giving suggestions , I would recommend this store , well stocked ,clean bright and at times quite fun ooing over the stock ..My partner and I have decided this will be our store of choice for all our intimate purchases ..
Loved shopping in here, thank you to the dark haired girl with the tattoos for the brilliant advice and service. All the girls are lovely, came away with way more than I set out to get because of the choice! It's going to be a fun weekend for me!

The customer service in Simply Pleasure in Exeter is honestly the best and most professional I have experienced in any industry. I was referred to the store by a competitor in who were unable to answer my specific queries, I went straight to Simply Pleasure with no experience and many questions, both the ladies behind the counter were immediately extremely outgoing and helpful, but it is to Steph where most of the credit is due. Steph answered all my questions with total professionalism and an extraordinary wealth of knowledge and expertise. She gave me a complete overview of several of your different suites of products and came up with many solutions to suit my needs. She was exceptionally patient and professional in answering all of my questions and spent a great deal of time answering the many further questions that resulted from these. I had arrived with questions surrounding some very tricky and unconventional interests and by the time I came away I not only had complete solutions to these, plus recommendations, I also had answers to many questions I came up with as a result of these, but also a complete and comprehensive education on suites of your products which I didn’t even know existed. All through the process I was made to feel completely at ease and the level of professionalism and service I received from Steph in particular was extraordinary.
Loved the atmosphere in store, lovely staff and great selection of products! 2 floors full of goodies, I could spend all my money in there! Would definitely recommend a visit!!
Simply Pleasure is a really great shop, with a large range of toys, clothing and DVD on offer. The staff are always very welcoming and on had if you need any help or advice. last time i was there they were running a 3 for 2 offer which always makes me spend more than i was going to, but im always buzzing with excitement when I leave the shop. They now have a nice BDSM section that I was very happy to see, In fact I have seen rope play demons have taken place in the shop, let hoe there are more things like this to come. Over all this is a really wonderful shop, a real credit to the City.
What a lovely store, great selection and much bugger than I thought!! Staff are so friendly and they really know their stuff. Everyone should visit!
