As a newbe to the world of cosmetic enhancement I was nervous before choosing to have my 1st procedure but Helen and Mark made me feel so comfortable and explained everything perfectly, allowing me to make a fully informed decision. Love Helen and Mark. Not pushy or in your face. Down to earth and have always made me feel at ease. Always feel confident in Helen hands, and I trust her judgement on what she thinks will work or not work. Best part is you can have a laugh and a joke whilst there and put the world to rights. Had my first visit with Helen yesterday, I expressed my concerns and immediately I felt totally at ease and completely safe in Helens hands and was very happy to go ahead with Helens professional recommendations and advice . I had the thread lift with fillers, I was nervous to start with but Helen explained everything as she was performing the procedure, I can honestly say a few seconds of very mild stinging with the local anaesthetic and after that it was completely painless. Really pleased with the thread lift already and over the coming months It will continue to improve !! Win, Win, Win. Would definitely recommend and I will not consider going anywhere else now , looking forward to future appointments with you , thank you Helen .
