Awful experience. I would give no stars if I could. The customer service was shocking. I’ve been on the phone this morning to discuss a delivery that did not materialise and to my amazement this was my experience. - Overtalking and constant interruption - Advisor took the situation personally and not professionally. - Advisor thought I had hung up. - Advisor offered 4.95 postage refund!! I’ve delayed my day by 2hrs this morning and been told that they will now deliver this afternoon, if I am here, or another day. The prices are reasonable but adding the time, customer service and waiting around unnecessarily in to the equation, the cost to me is more!!!! Sadly the first and last time of shopping here. ...just called back to discuss a refund of the postage. Sadly the advisors tone etc was equally poor and rude so I have now requested a full refund of the item. My feedback would be that there are many businesses struggling at the minute and customers have a choice where they shop. I would suggest that service is reviewed quickly before you lose anymore custom. Additional After reading the comment from The Farmers Friend Ltd, I think it confirms what I have said. Clearly customers feedback is not valued and it is of my opinion that they have dealt with the matter unprofessionally. I would like to add that the gentleman concerned confirmed that he did take the situation personally and may I add apologised for overtalking on numerous occasions. I would like to also add that it is a customers free will to comment on their experience or experiences and that I have had many great experiences too. Positive feedback is often given my me verbally.
