I have always liked sitting in at Tyepyedong Noodle Bar, the original and still the best Noodle Soup in Exeter! Recently had a delivery for the first time and it is still excellent, as the packaging used is not only biodegradable but offers a good portion, lots of 'liquid' even when delivered! with all the delicious content as it would be in store.

We had a lovely stop in Exeter from Newquay to see our friends and we went for dinner to Tyepyedong. Service was nice and welcoming. Food was one of the best experiences of Cantonese cusine. I had prawn in sweet-garlic sauce, bit spicy, but gorgeous meal. Big portions and good prices. Would well recommend for everyone who loves Asian food.
Food is incredible! We had one curry, one veggie stir fry with yakisoba noodles, tempura and spring rolls! All so delicious! Great service and food arrives fast. I really recommend this place for authentic Japanese food and great service!

Excellent, friendly service. Happy to adjust spice or swap noodles/rice and supply hot sauce. Very generous portions for a decent price. Only quibble is the tempura was quite greasy and the black bean sauce (had the Hungry Monk) lacked flavour, but would come again.
